I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job

I called in a hot order that was needed next day. It was already mid afternoon and i had already skipped the deadline for shipments that day. I spoke with Trisha, and she went out of her way to place my order and get it pulled and shipped same day. Thank you Trisha, you are the best.
